Tips and Tricks
- Use heavy cream instead of milk for a creamier texture
- Skip the noodles to save calories! It’s still good on its own
- Boiling the chicken in the broth isn’t necessary, but it gives it a better flavor.
- You can use chicken broth instead of bone broth, but bone broth has collagen, reduces inflammation, and it great for the immune system
- Cook the kale for longer to make it mushier
- Use fresh carrots, onions, and celery if desired, but the frozen mirepoix is easy and just as good.
